TRAPEZOIDAL SCREW JACKS
UNIMEC trapezoidal screw jacks are divided into threaded spindle models with translating threaded spindle and threaded spindle models with rotating threaded spindle.
“TP” Model with translating threaded spindle: the rotation of the worm screw is transformed in the axial movement of the threaded spindle by means of the worm wheel. The threaded spindle must have a rotational constraint.
"TPR" Model with rotating threaded spindle and external support nut (lead nut): the rotation of the worm screw actuates the rotation of the threaded spindle fixedly to the worm wheel. The load is applied to an external support nut (lead nut) which must have a rotational constraint.
Loads from 500 daN to 200000 daN.

SERIES TRAPEZOIDAL SCREW JACKS
UNIMEC
is able to supply its customers three sizes of stainless steel screw
jacks up to a 5000 daN load.
BALL
SCREW JACKS
The
ball screw jacks proposed in the K version are born from UNIMEC’s
experience in ball screw jacks. They can be employed to lift, pull,
move and align any kind of load with a perfect synchronism and are
suitable both for high services and for rapid, very quick and precise
positioning.
Compared
to trapezoidal screw jacks, the K series presents a transmission
reversibility: it is therefore advisable to provide for brakes,
blockings or contrast torques in order to avoid a direction reversal.
Screw jacks can be applied singularly or in groups properly connected
with shafts,
joints, and/or bevel gearboxes.
POLYMER
TRAPEZOIDAL SCREW JACKS
This
new product line includes three sizes and is characterized by the
fact that some of its components are made of a
techno-polymer with very high mechanical features. Having a structure
quite similar to full metal screw jacks, Aleph series screw jacks
have the same load handling functions and maintain the same
irreversibility features. The particular molding system of the gears
and the peculiarity of the polyarilammide material employed, allow it
to operate even without lubrication.
