Helical gearboxes
The particularly stiff monolithic structure of these HELICAL GEARBOXES make them able to support very heavy loads. Casings and flanges are made of G20 UNI 5007 mechanic cast iron except for some little pieces for which SG-AlSi UNI 1706 aluminium has been used.
All the gears are made of 18 NiCrMo5 UNI 7846 steel.
All our reducers are available in the ATEX 2GD version.
All our products are provided with CE marking, with MANUFACTURER’S DECLARATION and CONFORMITY DECLARATION available on demand. Our products are manufactured in compliance with ISO 9001: 2008 quality system.
